Members of GFWC are women of all ages who want to expand their horizons by meeting new friends, gaining knowledge about their communities and the world around them, learning new skills, and bringing new interests into their lives while accepting the challenge of improving their communities and themselves.

The HWC has an annual calendar of fabulous events to bring women together in the community and to benefit many deserving and in need groups across our county. Coming up in September is Dancing with the Stars to be held September 24th at the Bluegrass Country Club. This fun take off on the popular television competition will feature local “celebrities” in a competitive dance off – all to benefit Community Childcare Services.

Come Christmastime – these ladies put on a sale that would rival Santa’s workshop! Mistletoe Market 2016 information to be released soon! This is an upscale, unique shopping experience featuring over 100 boutique businesses, gourmet food, fashion, personal accouterments, home decor and countless gift ideas; making this a truly exceptional gift buying experience.

And don’t forget their annual “Social Scene” Fashion Show. Everyone is excited to see what they will have in store in the spring of 2017!
