Antiques & Garden Show @ Music City Center

The Antiques and Garden Show of Nashville is now the longest-running, largest and most respected event of its kind in the country. Held at the award-winning Music City Center in the epicenter of Nashville’s thriving downtown entertainment district, our show will once again breathe its warmth, life and style into the heart of winter, February 3-5, 2017 – with over 150 antiques, art and horticultural dealers, magnificent gardens, a cocktail party or two – and some of the most renowned design, landscape and architectural speakers in the world. Now celebrating our 27th year, this volunteer-managed show has raised nearly $7 million for Cheekwood and charities supported by the Economic Club of Nashville (ECON).

Princess Diaries Valentine’s Event @ The Palace Theater

This is an event for young ladies and their valentines, which can be dads, granddads, uncles, brothers, or any other special family members! The Palace Theater is hosting a showing of Disney’s The Princess Diaries featuring Julie Andrews and Anne Hathaway and hors d’oeuves will be served to guests.

The cost is $20 per person and all proceeds benefit the Gallatin Day Care Center. There is limited seating availability, so please call 615-452-2518 to reserve tickets today.

Millersville Bluegrass Jam @ Millersville Community Center
Feb 17 @ 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm

The Millersville Bluegrass Jam is an evening of traditional bluegrass and folk music.  The event is free to the public and held on the 1st and 3rd Friday of each month.

For nearly twelve years, the Millersville Bluegrass Jam has entertained fans with performers ranging from up and coming new bands to the incredible Roni Stoneman of Hee Haw and Grand Ole Opry fame.  Acclaimed by bluegrass fans throughout the region, the Jam offers quality family entertainment for all.  In its continuing effort to preserve the cultural history of bluegrass music, the Jam was nominated for the 2003 “Folk Life Heritage Award,” a Governor’s Award in the Arts.

Refreshments are available for purchase. Come ready for dancing, but no worries, there are benches and cover grassy area in the back for those who want to kick back and enjoy the music!

There is plenty of parking and kids are welcome!

Don’t forget to bring your own instruments if you want to jam! Jammers and pickers are indeed welcomed. At any given time, there should be enough jammin’ circles where everyone feels a comfort level in joining. No one should feel over- or under- whelmed! We’re just glad to have you!
