Lizzie Borden @ TPAC
Oct 26 @ 7:30 pm – Oct 28 @ 7:30 pm

Did she or didn’t she? Viewers will judge for themselves when Lizzie Borden’s real-life double homicide case of 1892 hauntingly unfolds on stage this Halloween. Acquitted for the brutal ax murders of her father and stepmother, Lizzie Borden’s notorious courtroom trial remains one of the most controversial and sensationalized in American history. Nashville Ballet’s gripping interpretation takes audiences into the mind of the woman embroiled in the scandal to show that there may be more to the story than previously thought. “Lizzie Borden” will be complemented by the world premiere of “The Raven” inspired by Edgar Allan Poe’s famous poem.

Caldwell Classic @ Pope John Paul II High School
Nov 11 @ 8:30 am – 10:30 am

This weekend, Pope John Paul II (JPII) High School will be hosting their annual Caldwell Classic 5k benefitting The Jason Foundation.  This 5k is a “color run” where participants will have an option to participate in color stations.  The event is organized by the students and is always a success.

In 2016, they raised $9,000 during the event from the walkers, runners, and sponsors.  This was a new record for fundraising by JPII.  They have been supporting The Jason Foundation for numerous years and have contributed more than $30,000 to The Jason Foundation since 2013.

Participants are set to arrive at 8:40.  Race usually starts at 9.

Santa’s Arrival Parade @ RiverGate Mall
Nov 11 @ 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm

“Ho, Ho, Ho!”  Guess who’s coming to RiverGate Mall?  Come join Santa in bringing Holiday Cheer by helping to grow this green grouch’s heart by three times this year.  Holiday spirits will be high as Santa’s Parade goes by.

There will be face painting, bounce house and balloon artistry too and while you’re here get your picture taken with Santa and the whole crew.

Join us from 12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. as we welcome Santa with a festive parade just outside the Food Court on Saturday, November 11 with the parade starting at 12:00 p.m.  After the parade guests will have a chance to meet their favorite characters and enjoy all the activities.

Come help Santa to bring back the Christmas Spirit from the villainous character who has stolen Christmas!

Our very own Goodlettsville Fire Department will be bringing Santa in on their Fire Truck.  We will also be saluting our Veterans and servicemen during the parade.
