HolidayFest Capes & Crowns @ St. Timothy Lutheran Church
Oct 1 @ 9:00 am – 11:00 am

A Breakfast for Princesses and Superheros. Young children are encouraged to come dressed as their favorite princess or superhero to enjoy a meal fit for royalty. Live entertainment such as skits, storytelling and music will be provided, while Elsa and Anna from Frozen, and Spiderman and Batman will be on hand to interact with the children. A photo station will be set up so children will be able to get their pictures made with the characters before and after breakfast. Children under 1 year $5. General admission $10.

About The Organizer:
Community Childcare Services is a nonprofit 501c3 agency that provides quality, affordable childcare for low income families, who pay on a sliding scale basis. For the first time in several years, we will be holding a fundraiser to procure much needed funds to replace our HVAC system, and upgrade our playground to meet standards set by the State of Tennessee. Gallatin Main Street Festival @ Historic Downtown Gallatin

Main St. Festival is an annual event in downtown Gallatin. The event has grown in size to over 200 vendors and in excess of 25,000 people. The Main St. Festival is a rain or shine event. You are invited to apply for our show. The event is primarily an arts and crafts festival; however, a large variety of food, several non-profits, live entertainment and a large children’s area also contribute to the festival.

Greater Gallatin, Inc began spearheading Gallatin’s Annual Main Street Festival in 1998. The event is composed of craftsmen, entertainment, food vendors and a childrens’ area. The festival has grown over the years to more than 200 vendors and in excess of 25,000 people. The event is a destination for the community and surrounding areas the first Saturday in October each year.

Two stages of local entertainment are enjoyed by everyone and is often booked months before the event.

Historic 20th Annual Candlelight Cemetery Tour @ Gallatin City Cemetery

The historic event in Gallatin has finally arrived! The 20th Annual Candlelight Cemetery Tour at the Gallatin City Cemetery is Saturday evening, October 1. Tours begin at 5:00 p.m. and the last tour begins at 8:00 p.m. THIS IS A NEW TIME – PLEASE NOTE THAT THE LAST TOUR GOES THROUGH AT 8:00 P.M. Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for children ages 6 to 12, and children under six are free. A rain out date is scheduled for Sunday, October 9th. Times for the rain date will be determined.

Oktoberfest @ Foxland Harbor Golf and Country Club

Oktoberfest is the kick off event for HolidayFest – with authentic German music, food and beer tasting with ten beers to choose from. The event will be held at Foxland Harbor Golf and Country Club. Tickets will be $50 and will include food and all the beer. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Literacy Council of Sumner County.

Fall Dessert Fest @ Morningside of Gallatin

Help us welcome Autumn and join us for our 5th Annual Fall Dessert-Fest. Sample delicious desserts for $5 and vote for your fall favorites. With sweet, salty, and savory selections, stop by to satisfy your dessert cravings and take home recipes for later – they’ll be available for purchase for $1 each.

All proceeds will benefit the Sumner County Food Bank, with a silent auction opening Wedneday, October 5th and ending Friday, October 7th at 3:00pm.

Fall Artisan Festival @ No 38. Vintage Marketplace

A mix of artisan goods and vendor delights are up for purchase at the Fall Artisan Festival located at the adorable No. 38 Vintage Marketplace in Hendersonville, Tennessee!

Kick off the fall season with an all-day artisan/junker festival! Booths will be set up outdoors in the backyard of the shop and there will be a variety of artisans, local vendors, and pickers from all over the area. Enjoy food, fabulous weather, and have fun shopping the day away!

Fall Picnic at Historic Cragfont @ Cragfont Mansion

Come out and enjoy the beautiful fall weather on the grounds of a historic mansion! Historic Cragfont hosts its annual fall picnic for all to enjoy. Fried chicken and drinks are provided by Cragfont, so please bring a side dish and/or dessert that feeds 8-12 people to share with other guests. This event is a great opportunity to meet local community members and make new friends. There are activities for children throughout the event.

The picnic is free to attend. Tours of Historic Cragfont mansion are available for a fee. Adult tour tickets are $5 per person, senior tour tickets are $4 per person, and children tour tickets are $3 per person.
